Annual maintenance contracts across IT, electrical, ELV and HVAC, plus facility operations and technical support.

The period after handover is longer than the project. It is contracted for deliberately.
Most of an installation's life is spent being operated, not being built. Yet maintenance is routinely the least specified part of a tender, agreed after the capital decision and priced against an unclear scope.
RAHCore contracts maintenance across IT, electrical, ELV and HVAC systems, with the scope, intervals and response model defined.
Where maintenance is split by system, the client holds the coordination risk permanently: four contracts, four response models, four sets of records, and an argument about ownership every time a fault crosses a boundary between them.
We contract the systems together where the client wants that, against one plan, one reporting format and one escalation route. Preventive work runs to a schedule; corrective work runs to an agreed response; both are reported.

Where RAHCore led the delivery, the maintenance contract starts from a known asset register and coordinated design baseline. Where we did not, the engagement begins with a survey to establish that baseline before commitments are made about it.
This is the lifecycle stage. The measure of it is whether the estate is in better condition at the end of the contract period than at the start, which is why condition reporting matters more than ticket volume.
