HVAC systems and O&M, precision cooling, fire detection, alarm and firefighting systems integrated with the wider building.

Thermal management and life safety share the same risers, the same ceiling void and the same commissioning window.
HVAC and fire systems are physically entangled. Ducts and suppression piping compete for the same space, detection zoning depends on the airflow pattern, and both must be proved before a building can be occupied.
RAHCore delivers them together, so the coordination happens on the drawings rather than on site.
Separately awarded HVAC and fire packages produce clashes discovered during installation, detection zoned against a layout the ductwork has since changed, and a commissioning sequence where each contractor waits for the other.
Services coordination is done as a design activity. Routes, zoning and plant locations are resolved before procurement, and the commissioning sequence is planned as one programme across both disciplines.

Thermal management is inseparable from the data centre scope, where precision cooling is sized against rack density, and from the smart building layer, where plant status and alarms should be visible in one place. Suppression in critical rooms is designed with the ELV and electrical scopes rather than against them.
HVAC support is AMC-focused: scheduled servicing, filter and performance checks, corrective response and consumption monitoring. Fire systems are inspected and tested in line with their life-safety role, with the results documented.
