Software rarely fails because a feature is missing. It fails because it does not fit the workflow it was meant to support, or because it cannot exchange data with the systems that hold the organisation's records.
RAHCore builds web, mobile and enterprise applications to a client's own process, with the integration layer treated as a first-class part of the design rather than an afterthought.
REQUIREMENTThe requirement this addresses
Government, PSU and enterprise environments carry systems of record that cannot simply be replaced. A new application that assumes a clean slate produces duplicate data entry, reconciliation work, and a reporting layer nobody trusts.
DELIVERYHow RAHCore approaches it
We design from the workflow inward: who does what, what has to be captured, what has to be proved later. The application layer is then built above an explicit API and integration layer, so exchange with existing databases and third-party platforms is designed, documented and secured rather than improvised.
INTEGRATIONIntegration with other systems
Applications are deployed onto infrastructure we can also specify and maintain, which shortens the path between an application problem and its resolution. Integration covers REST APIs, SFTP and FTPS based transfer, and adapters into government and institutional databases.
LIFECYCLELifecycle and maintenance
Lifecycle management covers deployment coordination and commissioning, migration and modernisation of existing systems, and ongoing maintenance. Security is applied at every tier: secure development practices, identity and access management, encryption and secure APIs, and compliance with applicable standards.
